- For Cancellations made by you: Prior to 72 Hours (3days)  before your excursion date, you get fully refund.
- Cancellations made before 72 hours to 24 hours (3 to 1 day) you'll get %50 Refund.
- If Cancellations made in within same day of excursion, unfortunately no refund is available.
